Water temp 58-62, overcast sky, winds gusting to 20.  Air temp 50-70 .  Fished from 730-5pm.  Caught 6 bass on carolina rig in submerged weed beds near secondary points. Culprits and baby brush hogs.  Lake level is normal.

Thanks for your report Skeeter,Konawa is a nice little lake.I plan on making another trip down there after I install the new steering system in the boat.

Barney, We need to hook up in the spring and go together. I've hit it as early as late Feb if the wind is down.

For some reason the wind blows hard on the days I go to konawa.  A lot of people make the mistake of trying to avoid the wind. If you avoid the wind blown bank at Konawa you're not going to be productive.
