jig tying-best glue?

Once I've tied my skirt, I'll be adding a drop of glue. Which glue is best to use for a rubber skirted jig tied with nylon thread?

This is what I use for my hair jigs. It should work fine for silicone as well.

I use two types of glue when tying, one is Pro's Soft Bait Glue, which is a bit pricey, but works real well. A little goes a long way, plus it's useful for fixing soft plastics. Regular Super glues will work too.

The other is Sally Hansens Hard As Nails, clear fingernail polish, it's as good as any head cement I've used, and I've used most of what's available. It has the added advantage of having an applicator brush, and it works great on tied jigs.

Of course you have to get used to the funny looks you might get when buying it!  ~shade
