I know the feelin. I can reply prefectly in my mind the day I first hooked and the day I landed my first and only 10 lber. Same fish 2 days apart. That was 5 years ago.

I would certainly buy some scales. That fish could have easily been 13-15lbs given the length. My only double digit fish was 23.75" and she was almost 11lbs. Then again she was a football. Awesome catch, can't wait to see her the next time you catch her.
