Adam,  Dicks Sporting Goods in Beavercreek OH has a boat load of them I think they were about $60.  That's a good price if you want to drive a hour and twenty minutes to get them.  You might try OHbassaholic he works for them in Columbus.

Uhhhhhh, I believe that should be 50 bux. for the kinda nice Classic AllStar. Gray blank with kinda Maroonish Red n' White wraps. They've got them at Academy Sports.
I own several and they served me well until I upgraded to Castaways, Lowriders, and St.Croiz Avids. I will still use some of them when fishing the coastal flats for specks and reds.
Still, if you found them for 5 bux, I'll send you a Ben Franklin and stock up on "loaners",  lo

Dick's Sporting Goods has the All Star "Select" rods.  As I understand it, they are made specifically for DSG and run $60.  The last time I checked the Select series was not shown on their site.  Just pop All Star Rods into your search engine and you will find their site.

anyone know what type of blanks the American Classics use at Academy ?  http://www.allstarrods.com/american_classic_freshwater.htm

Don't know about what blanks the american classics are, but I got one with a Garcia reel once, 7ft mh,  it is a nice rod.
When I got out of bait casters, I gave it to my buddy the BIG TIME fisherman, he used it for a year, it was his go to GP rod.
He broke it not to long ago tryin' to get a 10 foot gater off of his line.  :'(
