Anyone know of a good tool to cut tails on tube?

i've been trying to figure this out as well....

i've been wondering if you could make your own out of thin fiberclass/ plastic sheet and utility razors??

I use plain old household scissors, works pretty good for me.

I believe Del-Mart Molds has one.  Maybe even LureCraft.
