Hey Guys!

As you all know, the world looked like it was ending in the Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach area today around 6-8 PM. I was fishing small lakes running thru the neighborhoods in Parkland.
Crazy lightning and heavy rains. I got to throw out a 7inch Stick O Worm, slugs (Junebug) weightless. First cast and landed a 2 1/2lb'r.
After the very first cast and fish, I had to run for cover due to heavy lightning. I waited for the rain to die out a bit and went back to it.
I caught the next 4 fish all around the same weight of 2 1/2 - 3 lbs. within a 30 minute span! These bad boys were hangin out a way from the shoreline and in open water. Extremely over cast, dark clouds, rainy, and EXCITING!!!!

The only problem I encountered was that the worms tear up easily. The braided line tears right thru the head of the worm. Looks like I'll be going thru a ton of these??
Fishing memories with dad.
NOTHING BEATS IT!

Check out Parasite Weights and Clips - it has helped me immensely over the past 6 months when it comes to preserving baits.
