Cutoff date for the UBCS

Ok guys the cutoff date for the UBCS is May 1st. All money must be collected before then. I will tell everyone at our next meeting what our cutoff date will be. What we are going to do is collect all the money from everyone and then just write one check from our club account. The shirts will be $12 if anyone is interested in getting a shirt. The tournament fees will be $20 entry and $5 a day for big bass. So basically if you are going to fish the big bass option each day your total entry fee will be $30 each or $60 a boat ( if two people are fishing). Add your shirts to that and you should know what your total will be. Wildcat and Goggle-eye are the only ones that requested space in a cabin and the cabin fees of $50.64 each will also be due on that cutoff date. Everyone else should have already reserved a camper space or lined up to stay with someone in a camper. If you haven't done this you will need to find a hotel near the area. I think there is one just a few miles from the park. As soon as I get the name I'll let you know. Obviously camper spaces and hotel rooms will need to be paid when ever you get there. These are the only expenses not due before the cutoff date.

If you know someone in the club who is fishing this tournament or showed interest in fishing it you need to let them know that it will be very important to make the next meeting.
