sept 25 flats report

  No work today so I went up the flats. I fished around the train bridge on the port deposit side from day break til about 9ish. Got one about 2 1/2 on spinnerbait & 3 dinks .   Once the sun got up I got no bites. I thought maybe they moved deep because the water was extremly clear. So I moved out to the second bridge column ,my depth finder was showing fish by the hundreds in about 35 feet of water. I tied on a small silver budy(jigging spoon)first drop hooked a small mouth 3lbs easy. shook off at the boat. I then tried to do it again but could only get cat fish.none of the cat fish were able to shake free .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  dustin
