I had to post this. Wish I had thought of it myself. Fogy hit me up with an idea. I think we might just team up and form "Team KaRu Louisiana" for some of the local tourneys. We both really appreciate what Karl and Rudy do for us and it just might be a way we can say, THANK YOU. From what I can see, Fogy and I have two completely different fishing styles. I will definatly benefit more than Fogy in this venture. Fogy's a monster with the Vibra series and thanks to my buddy Todd, I have really gained confidence in jig fishing. I added that to my arsenal last year and about the same time that happened, I found the Poisontail line of jigs. Karl and Rudy helped me out with a bunch of stuff. Heck, Karl has sent me some new jigheads that are the perfect jig for me. He don't know I know this but I hear he just might have hand poured these jigs.  ~shhh How awsome is that. Well back on topic. I can learn about the Vibra series from Fogy and well, I can help Fogy by. well by, Hmmm. Fogy, how about if I help out by bringing the snacks or something. After the last tourney, I really don't know what else I'm gonna be able to help you with. It sure ain't gonna be fishing brother.  ~roflmao

Karl, Rudy, thank ya'll again for all ya'll do.  ~c~
Fogy, sorry man. I've been waiting and waiting for you to post on this and I just couldn't hold it in anymore. I've been down on my luck lately and your idea was a real pick me up when I needed it. Find us a tourney brother and I'm in.  ~c~ ~c~

Sounds awesome man-great idea (Fogy too). Karl and Rudy really deserve a big thank you like that. Their customer service is top notch and I don't think I've ever seen so many people trust in a lure company like they do KaRu. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and I have a feeling their products are going to be taking my tackle box over lo. Once I get things settled with my career and school, and I have more time for fishing, be on the lookout for Team KaRu Missouri ;) lo lo lo.

Next installment? If the've done got better, I'm gonna be able to put them in the boat, push the boat out in the lake and take a nap in the truck. The fish will just jump in the boat.  ~roflmao ~roflmao

Fogy hit me up with an idea. I think we might just team up and form "Team KaRu Louisiana" for some of the local tourneys.

Man not my idea the pros do it all the time; I.E. help other team mates out.  One tournament win so far this year doesn't make me any better then anyone else that fished that day on cross; as we all know cross can be very hit or miss I got lucky finding those 1st 3 overs of the day and because of KaRu they didn't have a chance in hell of getting away.

Just to give you a little run down on that day the 1st fish that morning hit my spinnerbait twice, I tossed back a black neon craw worm with no takers so I picked up my Fogy Green and that fish just nailed it, as I was pitching trees I wasn't 5 or 6 foot away just a moment before with the soft plastics when I went to the vibrashock so I didn't have a lot of time between the hit and hook set.  Basically slow rolled it by a tree, the bass nailed it a swam to the boat and I just reeled as fast as I could and used it's momentum to lift it in the boat and ever one of those 3 were over 4 lbs.

Anyway as we are both part of the KaRu Field Staff I figured it was only right if we could work together.  I know we fish against eachother at times but as long as KaRu is winning thats all that matters   ~c~
