Bass fishing near Belfast

Hello up there! I am going to be visiting a friend the end of June. Was wondering if anyone could be kind enough to give me some names of "ponds" where I could put my canoe in and tangle with some bass. I'd like to keep it to a 30 mile radius of Belfast. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

Dave just about any body of water you run into will hold both large and smallmouth Bass up that way, and with not much bass fishing pressure most bite easily. find a local corner store and ask a couple of ?'s. most of the locals are super nice and have no problem sharing their honey holes, especially if you patronize their establishment.
