Vibrashock fishing on the Ledge!!!

Crash proves again that her secret color works!

We were fishing ledges with Vibrashocks. Letting them fall to the bottom then ripiing them up a few feet then leting them fall again. Our fish are definately moving into their summer patterns.

We caught Quite a few but this one was the biggest just shy of 4lbs. The rest were all in the 1.5 to 2 range.

lol...your good. We were in there today and fishing was ok. Water was super clear and it was windy which made fishing with almost dead batteries pretty hard, but I still managed a few. that was about the biggest though. Didn't seem to want to hit the frog but they liked the shock on the edge.

Here's some from the last few weeks:

2.19 and 4th place at the CC TNT on a Poison Tail Cool Watermellon jig:

2.27 and 4th...again...at the CC TNT on a Poison Tail Cool Watermellon:

The rest of these were taken on Erie on 7-08 and 7-09 on Bleeding Shad VS and Poison Tail jigs:

Also lost a monster smallie on a VS with a shad body. Had it hooked long enough for it to come up and shake loose...and of course it was a toad!

We fished west harbor on Sunday. We went out to the harbor shoals long enough for Sarah to catch a bit of the sea sick.

I felt bad. She sat down to re-tie and the next time i looked at her, she was green as green can be. It was rough as heck out there though. Solid 4 footers, and there was no pattern to them. There was tons of boat traffic, so most of that was random wakes from big huge boats going by. One wave would break over the front of the boat, the next over the back. Then waves would come over both sides at the same time.

Monday we got out on the big water and it was much smoother. Hit those shoals again and didn't do anything, so we ran up to Mouse Island. Caught quite a few fish between the island and Marblehead, but for some reason didn't do anything deeper. Everything was in 5 to 10 FOW around weeds.

Can't wait to get back up there!
