I'm fishing this lake that grass has taken over there huge bass but I cant get at them what is a good tech or presentation to use

try tpwater soft plastics if the grass is high enough or try a unweighted fluke

Or a heavy pegged texas rig or heavy jig.  Find the holes in it and put it to 'em.
