For those of you who didn't go, you missed good company. You didn't however miss the fishing. The river and lake was tough. The river was down over two feet and getting into the springs was challenging to say the least, (ask Pags how this is so).
On Saturday Pags won with two fish, his big fish a little over 5 lbs. John Vickers was second with two fish.
Sunday, Jim Neece had three fish for first place and back from the backwoods of Jefferson County, Matt Risch had one fish for second place. Some members even got to see the FWC bust a pack of water roaches going too fast in the manatee zones, which is always satisfying. Thanks to all who went. This year we had our highest attendance for a classic in some time and the compnay was exceptional.
I took some pictures on Saturday using Pags camera, that I hope he will post in the next week or two.
