Sioux City Bass Club seeking new members

The Oxbow Bandits Bass Club of Sioux City is looking for new members.

The club was organized last year and currently has 10 members.

The club holds several tournaments locally. BASS rules govern each event.

Club dues are $20 each year with $50 per team/boat charged for each tournament.

Payback is 90 percent on all tournaments except for the Missouri River Open which is 100 percent. Two places are paid up to 14 teams and then one in five after that.

This year's tournament schedule is:

Snyders Bend, March 27
Browns Lake (Open) April 17
Blue Lake, May 22
Brushy Creek, June 12
Buckskin Hills, July 10
Missouri River Open, Aug. 14.

The club will have a booth at the River City Anglers Swap Meet, March 5-6 to promote the club and enroll new members.
