Power Pole

Well I'm thinking of putting a power pole on the boat. Any suggestions and where to buy one?

Don't put just one, put two...  other than that suggestion, I would say only buy the 8ft model, don't know why they even make the shorter ones.  And at least get the Pro Model or Signature series.  Remotes are a good choice as well.  I don't have a foot switch but have been thinking about getting one.  As far as Prices, I haven't really found anywhere when I was looking to buy mine that offered an UNBELIEVABLE price, they were all pretty close to each other.

They aren't that difficult to install, and the labor is where you will incur most of your "additional expenses".  I recentlly purchased 2 of them.  Look on Ebay and utilize the contact information off of the ads to contact the folks selling them.  Most are dealers that make a small markup. You can save a substantial amount of money that way.  (I bought two 8' pro models, with mounting brackets ele tronic spitters and two foot switches for just over 3).  A lot of money, although I think I will recoup it in equity in my boat as well as $$$$ Winnings in tourneys $$$$

You know I was thinking about getting two and the reason why is because having one would still make me go left and right or in a huge circle so I can see having two. I have been getting quotes for a little over 2k for 1 installed. I will do my research and see what I can find.
