Factory Pond- 8/26/11

Factory in Hanover is quickly becoming my favorite pond. I brought friend there a day and a half before Hurricane Irene. It was about 85 degress and the wind came in breif gusts. It had rained the day before. The water was stained and level was up easily 6 inches to a foot. I used pretty much the same baits and presentations as I did in my previous trips there. I used a horny toad in the shallow weedy areas (1-3), and a chartreuse spinnerbait in the deeper spots (4-6) and by the dam. I caught 6 bass and a calico. My friend caught 3 bass, but had about a hundred hits.
