Water temp 65 from all the way up the cold side to the dam. Water was colder now than 2 weeks ago. Water clarity was clear way up the cold side with a bit of dinge as you get to the east boat ramp. Lake level normal. I wish it would come a foot to submerge the emergent grass better. If that happens, watch out.

Bass are spawning. Saw beds and caught fish loaded with eggs. Saw fry jump sometimes when I plopped my bait next to shore. So I guess it's mid to late spawn.

Fish were biting OK. Spinnerbait was best for me on windy banks. Its amazing how many spinnerbaits the bass see and they still eat em.
