Retention pond again

First let me just say I find it crazy that a 600.00 trolling motor uses plastic gearing for the directional arrow, which is why I was up by the retention pond again. I was fixing my motor in my unit and said well I am here and the pond is here so why not wet a line , The heavy rains have brought the level up so I tried area's I have not tried before, I took pictures next to my size 15 foot, then I look over and the wife has found a new boyfriend ( I blame Jimmy Houston for that crap) anywhoo good hour.
