the dates are the 18th of and 19th of June

That date, the 18th, is the same as the "Take a kid fishing day" for the deployed soldier's youth from Ft. Carson and surrounding bases.  What time that evening does the FMO start?  Some had thought there would be plenty of time to get back up there for the all nighter.  Is the FMO always on the same weekend?  The Father's day weekend?
