Tide info for around the 95 bridge so add around +2 hrs I think for the Everett area;
Sa  20     High  12:19 AM    Sun rise 6:22 AM   
    20      Low   8:13 AM     
    20     High  12:55 PM     
    20      Low   8:23 PM     

We should be able to blast off around 5:55 based on the sunrise time...
