A friend of mine was talking about a product that he saw called motor mate.  I checked out their website and it looks solid.  It is a motor stabilizer for travel that locks the motor in from both sides so that the motor will not shift or move side to side.  Anyone here use this product and have any pos/neg to share?

Seems interesting, my Johnson 115 has a similar thing built right in. I actually wonder if the trailer braces or what I have is better.

Looks like the same as Swivle-Eze Lock N Stow, but about $10 higher. I've used the Lock N Stow for over 5 years without any issue.

Mercury doesn't like you to use these as they can cut the ground wire if you're not careful. Other than that I've never hear of anyone having a problem with them. I ran one for about 18 months and no issue. Sold the boat and went back to the standard motor toter.

Moto-Stops Steering Clips (rubber) fits easily on hydraulic shaft arms and prevents motor from moving when trailering. I have on a Merc. Opti 200hp and works great!
