mountaineer rods

I was surfing the net and came across these rods. no catalog or internet page just a facebook account. My question is has anyone used or handled one? they look great, but idk for 250 I can get 2 carbon lights. But are they better then carbon lights? Idk, but I am hoping you guys do.
