They had a 2014 alpha 211 it is a demo with about 20 hours. What a boat. Looked through all the compartments, at the trailer, sat in the seats and it was easy to smile. I am in the market for a 19 ft fiberglass and wanted to get an idea what legend is all about. The glass, carpet, compartments are all amazing. You can see the quality in these areas immediately. I was hoping the storage area for tackle trays was a little better laid out. I am looking at a Phoenix and there  tackle tray storage looks nice. I got prices on the alpha 191 and 199. I have been looking at some dealers who have some 14's that they are advertising at close out prices. I am going to go back in this week with that as ammunition and talk to them about a discounted price. The 199 looks to be about 8,000 more and I'm trying to figure out if it makes sense to spend the extra.  10 more inches would  be nice and I know I would like the 225 over the 200 on the 191. But I mostly fish by myself and  my river rarely gets big big waves.
There are very few legends around my area, I've never seen one on the river, I'm hoping they are eager to get some sales as they have only had legend for 2-3 years.

See if you can get out and drive one. In fear of coming across wrong, I will say that everyone that has looked at buying my boats was sold after driving them.

The 199 is a great boat. With the 225, it's quick with an amazing hole shot. Rough water capabilities are unmatched IMO, champion boats came close. Legend boats handle like they are on rails when cornering.

Good luck in your purchase.

Thanks mike. I will see about getting out for a test drive in one. I've looked through a lot of your comments on here regarding legends and they ve given me lots of good info.

If it was a demo, they should have no trouble letting you test it out. The Legend dealer here has tried to get me to go with him for a ride in a brand new one a few times... But I can't afford it. lol I'm afraid I'd have to have one.

I saw that 199. Looks nice. I ended up putting an order in for a phoenix 819 pro. Both boats were great in a ton of ways to me. The new wider front deck design on the 819 sold me and The phoenix dealer near me impressed me with his knowledge. Can't wait for march to get here
