Bullbuster.net.    Very good inexpensive line.  Have to buy it online though.
I've been using it for a couple of years now, I think 15lb is the lightest they have on Lb or bigger spools though.

Not many places stock the bulk lines. You might check with any fishing buddies you have that are on fishing line companies pro staffs.
