Any body else have fish they wish they would have submitted?

Any body else have a fish they wish they would have submitted for fish of the year or for the state/national/world records?  I caught a 21" small mouth  in 2011 but i cant find fish of the year records to find out if I would have won. But oh well. Sure was a fun fight.

I found out a couple months after a nice smallmouth catch that it would have been a citation "for length " long and skinny  but never filed the paperwork or got the "right" pictures they needed.
World record , state record lol no where close.
