Finally got a hold of them today to try to reserve a RV spot and they said they are completely booked up...no cabins, motel rooms, or RV spots.  ~rant

Each club grabbed everything up. Have you let them know your going. They may already have a spot for you.

Andrew is working on all of this. He's down that way this weekend and will lay eyes on everything. The bed situation doesn't match their advertised layout. Going to be tight and he's looking at another rv site right down th  road.

Yes, I posted that we were going.

I will research it today and try to find something!

As of Sunday afternoon, Harborlight Marina had a room or two available as well as a few RV spots if anyone still needs them.

According to google maps, it is 3.8 miles from Alpine. It will be a pain having to go elsewhere to stay, but better than nothing!

I thought we took you guys into consideration for our bed down plan. Need to talk with Steve and Andrew. Fairly certain you were on our list.

Stopped by Alpine on Saturday just to look around. Place was packed and folks were setting up scales/tubs to do a weigh-in.
Looks like a nice protected cove to launch from.
Just 6 more weeks.

Hey Russ what guide did you use when you were down there. Was it a Lock Jaw member? Gullo is already asking to come fish with us in our next tournament. It's all good, especially the pay.

Russ Jeardoe self guide service. (not for hire) ~roflmao
I didn't hit the water, just picked up the boat from Toledo Glass. Had them repair a scratch in the haul. Gotta love those Gorilla Hauls, idled over an old oil rig platform on Hosston and repair is free for life of the boat. Big thumbs up to those guys on a great product.
I fished down there over the weekend in a club tourney and a 12.50 lber was brought in to the scales. Thing was a monster.
