Bass Boats With No Wood?

As i'll be leaving my boat at the dock, I'd prefer to not have any wood in the boat (but certainly not transom and stringers) ...

I've compiled the following list no wood transom potential boats:

Ranger > 1988
Stratos > 2000 ?
Champion > 2002
Triton > 1998
Skeeter > 1999
Nitro ?

Should I further narrow it down to zero wood boats? 
And if so, what would that tighten my list down to?

I'll also be ripping out the carpet and painting it with tough coat or the like.

Anything else I should be considering, besides bottom paint?

Nitro's use wood unfortunately. Well they did last time I checked.. maybe 3 years ago or so?

I would look at alluminum. Like a Big O boats.. big engine, big boats. No gel coat to maintain.

Hmmm, good to know.

Wasn't seriously considering Nitro for used, but will keep that in mind.

So I was definitely planning on putting bottom paint on the boat.
What do you mean in addition to that for the gelcoat maintenance?

Ranger RT series...
think Xpress is all aluminum...
G3 HP series was all aluminum if I recall.  That HP180 was a nice boat! and rated for a 150hp.

They fade and have to be buffed and redone after several years. If you keep a good wax on the high sun areas you can slow that and especially If you cover it as well. If the gel is not maintained water can get into the fiberglass and quickly become an issue.
