May 7 Tournament- Caddo Lake Information

Well it looks like we are going to hit Caddo at a pretty good time.  Everyone I talk to seems to be smashing them out there.  Pretty much I'm hearing that you just need to pick your confidence bait and fish. Should be a good day weather wise too.

Safe Light will be at 5:52am.  I will be at Earl G. about 4:45 am to start collecting money.  You will be allowed to trailer but will not be allowed to leave the launch until blast off at 5:52am.  Going to be a sunny day make sure you wear sun screen and bring plenty of water.

For all those that plan on coming to UBCS June 9-11. I need to know by this Sunday if you plan on going.  Please bring your $45 entry fee for the UBCS to this tournament.  If you plan on bringing your spouse to UBCS please bring their $15 also.  There is a lot to do to get ready for this event and we only have a month to do so.  As of today, the rooms at Cypress Bend that were not reserved already have been released.

Looking forward to this Sunday!!  I just got a notification on FB from the Caddo Lake Association saying they are having their Fishing Rodeo Sat and Sun at Earl G.  Not sure whats gonna take place or how busy/crowded the launch and parking lot will be if at all.  Also, they are tagging 50 fish and releasing them, so if you catch a tagged fish, it could be worth some money.  It is going to last until Labor Day at 1700.
