Has anyone noticed this Lady is killing it in the National Kayak tourneys? I am not sure but it looks likes she has won at least 2 so far this year and is placing in the top ten in all of the ones she enters.
No these are not womens tourneys only, full out National tourneys and beating hundreds of other competitors.
3rd place 2017 UB IBASS 377.75"
AOY 2018 IBASS Cool Casters  369.00"
AOY 2019 IBASS Cool Casters  362.50"

I stumbled upon her on Instagram. Cool to follow what people are doing from yaks. I wish I could afford one of those hobie kayaks right now.

To me fishing is one sport I see no real big reason women should be separated from men. I know several women that are damn good at fishing. They are just gals that like to fish and don't compete but are very good imho.

I agree. If anything patience and a light touch might be their advantage.

Woman or man I don't want to fish against her. But I would die to learn from her. She is way better at finding good fish than I am.

Likewise. Watching some of her videos, it's pretty impressive what she can do from a yak. She runs the rutter with her foot while laying into a monster hook set all while standing on a yak. Somehow she doesn't fall in. It's crazy. I have pretty good coordination, but I'm not sure I can manage that and stay dry.
