From what I am reading and on you tube, the Rangers seem to like the 24 Fury 3 and the 24 Fury 4, same at the 250 two strokes.  New ones come from Ranger with 23 Fury 3 for hole shot. May try a 23 Fury but will break end with 24 Fury 3 till I can WOT ;D Four the record the Fury 4 out performs the Fury 3 in hole shot somewhat but not great deal. Hole shots both good with 24's. The Fury 4 shines in rough water big waves, and climbing the mountain when need.  Believe it or not the Fury 4 is a little faster due to 200 more R's and same setting.  Above numbers are on my Z520C with 8" jack with the Merc 250 Pro XS TWO STROKE.  Will post once I get motor bolted on and broke end. ding Dong I hate break end lo

The 24 Fury 4 is working great for load, hole shot light and loaded.  Going to play with Bravo 1 25, 23, 25.5 in the next few weeks.  Got a Cherry 24-3 in box for sale works great but like the way the Fury 4 handles in ruff water and Big Water.

That's a big, heavy boat and if you fish around the country, I would go with a 4 blade. Changing props is easy so buy both the 3 and 4 and change depending where you will fish. My BassCat Puma is similar to your 520. I bought both a 3 and 4 blade for tournament fishing. At LOZ, I run a Mazco 24-4 and a Fury 24-3 is my spare. My Puma is a 33 gal. center tank and 2(10 gal) saddle tanks in the rear.
That's 53 gal. of gas for a full tournament load. A center tank boat will run flatter than a rear tank boat. Something to think about when buying a prop.

The heavens have opened up lo lo The Fury 24" four blade is great, but :-* the Mercury Bravo 1 FS in 24" is a little faster hole shot, and a little more top end than the Fury 4 blade. I ran an friends and had one on order since Jan of this year.  The Bravo 1 is the real deal if you can get your hands on one.  "Try It You Will Like It"
Y'all welcome to run my Fury 4 or the Bravo 1 when I get mine lo

Bravo 1 FS is best all around, not much diff. than Fury 4 24 pitch.  A little better hole shot, all else about the same.  The reason for swap is Fury R has a very bad rep for slinging blades.. No problem here just like a very fine dial in.  Stay Safe quys.
