New at this reporting, criticism welcome! Late arrival at ramp (paved one at settlement lake), 9ish, water pretty high, 77F water, wind ene 8-10. Water exceptionally clear. Boated 20 or so dinks, about 6   2-3lb Largemouth. Fished my favorite Rapala's and got 2 or so. went to Wacki's and had fun (watermelon and blue). LOL Water flow was to west and when it stopped so did bite. All in all good day, prayed for all!! Love the peacefulness out there.
All be safe,
Jim

I have fished all those waters many times.  Water movement is always key for me.  If there is none the fishing is tougher.  You're right, it is a peaceful  place to fish especially with out all the target practice going on.  Remember someone shot and killed a guy in a boat, because of carelessness.  Thanks for the report, and welcome to the site.
