Conditions:
Outside temps: Hot!!
Water Temps: Hot!!
Water levels: High with some current
Water Clarity: Great!
Wind: SE 5-8, Very welcomed!

Opportunity presented itself to fish the Glades again. Couldn't pass up the chance, especially the way the bite has been lately.

Again, I arrived at 0 dark thirty.  Made a few runs, only to find the current was running at a good clip again. Top water was non-existent and had to  transition to the bottom.

Went back to an area that has been producing lately, and even that area was slowish.

Had several great bites, but my line kept breaking. Very frustrating.

Made an adjustment and continued fishing below. Caught a few little guys, and towards the end of the outing, I figured out what the bass were doing. Before I had to leave, I did catch this beauty!!

The fishing was slower today, but there are some beauties around. ;)

Thanks for reading.

Tough everywhere these days.  Great effort, and I thought you were using heavy braid as your main line.  Don't leave rods or line in your truck during these brutal temps!  It will effect the line.
(Fish) - P/B 11.4, Everglades, L67, L28, Little 67, Alligator Alley, Sawgrass, Holey Land, Loxahatchee, Ida, Osbourne, Okeechobee, Weston Lakes. Broward and Dade Canals.

Tx George. I don't leave fishing equipment in my boat or truck. What kept breaking was my leader connection. I figured out what's going on and have made a correction.
