Got to ramp at "O lite thirty" LOL.  Started with topwater's and nothing, tried spooks, wacki's, spinners and no hits. Changed locations to the spillways and started picking up a few here and there on    topwater's and a fat Manns lure that I got years ago and it produced a few. Most bass were in 1-2 lb. range. Got way too windy and called it a day about 11:30. 11 total is better than 1-1=0!!! Talked to a ranger who said he fished the alley the other day and caught a few small ones, water levels were starting to drop some.
Happy December Fishing!
