Lake level is at 1,785 feet (80-percent full). The road is open. This lake has risen about 10 feet recently thanks to all the runoff. Bass fishing is good to great. One angler reports catching a five and an eight pounder on the same trip. Again early and late with night fishing be the most productive right now, however bass will start to be active during the day for longer periods as the water cools. Crawdad imitations and worming rigs (drop shots and Texas-rigs) are producing.
