225 HDPI

My buddy has a 2004 Skeeter with a 225 hdpi Yamaha. In the winter it is hard to start. Does any one have a problem with this and how did you fix it?

It is an ongoing issue with the big block HPDI motors...As far as I know their is no fix as long as everything else checks out.  Might be worth having the dealer check the TPS adjustment.

Mine has the same issues. I've found that if you carry one of those travel electric blankets and put it over the motor it helps a little.
