help with worms

hey guys. looking for info on how to make plastic worms as well as supplies needed to do so..  seen it done once on tv a while back but can't really remember any of the steps. i think it would be cool to make and fish with my own worms.  thanks for any info.

there is nothing like boating your fish on your hand poured worms......its a great feeling.....
