Largemouth and smallmouth bass can be easily caught all day, the early pre-dawn hours being the best time.  In the main lake areas, they are hitting topwater chuggers and spooks. As the day progresses, split shotting or drop shotting 4- to 6-inch plastic worms works best.  Good colors for these worms include warmouth and oxblood/with red flake. In the river there is a good bite going on during these early hours with Horny Toads and Senkos along the tulles lines.
