Which would you choose and why?  Seems the specs are very close including max hp.  Looks like the Z-6 has a larger casting deck up front.

I just bought the 482 that is the same as the Z-6 .I had ordered the 750 but it was going to take to long to get it so I went with the 482. All of the compartments are lockable on the Z-6 but only the front ones are lockable on the 750. It is 3 inches wider witch means a wider deck.Mine is rated for a 150hp but i think the Z-6 is only rated for a 115hp and the 750 is rated for a 135hp. I believe. The cooled is in the step up to the upper deck of the Z-6 where the 750 it is under the seat. Both excellent boats ,you have to decide for yourself if you want to spend the extra buck for a few extra features.

Also with the Z-6 the fish/depthfinder is in the dash which is a nice feature also the Z-6 has all the guages you need where the 750 only has RPM,speedo and fuel guage as standard.

We just bought a Z6. The one thing that sold me on the boat is they moved the gas tank forward under the seats. Leaving a ton of room in the back making easy access to batteries, bilge pump and aerator which are all under the gas tank in the 750 and the 482.

I also prefer the layout of the 482 as opposed to the 750.  More than enough space for my gear and I like having the trolling batteries mounted towards the front.  My only gripe...and it's VERY minor.....is the trash can on the step up to the forward deck.  It seems like a bit of wasted space to me.  I would have rather seen the cooler extended the full width so you could fit more in there.  Other than that, I love the 482!  I was a little hesitant to go with a motor as small as the 115 opti, but with gas prices where they are I'll settle for 50 mph all day long!
