January 2009 Meeting

Our first meeting of 2009 will be on Wednesday January 7th. Remember if you know someone who wants to join they now have to come to a meeting before they can fish a tournament unless they have already been a member before. Any members from years before can join at anytime until after the February tournament. After the February tournament anyone, including previous members, wanting to join must come to a meeting to do so.

We had our January Meeting and voted in the dates and time for the January tournament and the date for the February tournament. We also have some new officers. Johnathon Ledoux is now the Vice President. Josh Richard and Jimmy Brown are our new weigh masters. Sean Richard proposed that the president of the club should not be charged membership dues. The club did a private ballot and it was a unanamous decision to exclude the president from membership dues.

~roflmaoBetter watch it Rattle, someone else might run for President next year not to have to pay dues!!

.......but I can tell you one person you DON'T have to worry about..... and his intials are Charley Lemons!!!

Anyway you do a good job Rattle, keep up the good work. I think all the officers should be excluded from dues if you ask me!!!

All the time you guys put in, that is the least the club could do for you guys!!!!

I agree. It's something we will look at for next year. And just so everyone knows I had nothing to do with it. I didn't even vote on it.
