Need computer help!!!

I seem to be having a problem playing any videos on the net. It was fine just a few days ago, and now I get this message saying I either need to update flashplayer or I have javascript turned off. What the.......I have the latest version of flashplayer but have no idea how to turn javascript on or back on, whatever. Can someone, anyone help me? It's driving us nuts. Thanks in advance.

Guess it kinda depends on what browser you are using.....

If Firefox check under Tools > Options > Click on the Content Tab > then check to see if the Javascript and Java boxes are checked...

If using Internet Explorer you may also check under Tools > Internet Options > then under the Advanced Tap scroll down to see if the Java box has been check..

Not sure about the flashplayer stuff..

i kind of have the same problem.  mine says i have to install the latest version, i do that and it was like i never installed it.  i just dont get it.  like you it was fine at first but now it just wont work.

Still not working. I downloaded java update still nada. I guess I'm gonna have to get my computer weenie friend to come over to see if he can help.

javelin, I thought I was in for a good day. 3 keepers in about 45 minutes then...nothing. 2 snot-rockets and a dandy mudfish. Tried a few different places similar to my 1st stop and could see fish working and feeding in the pads but couldn't get them to eat anything. And so goes my luck at that lake, it hates me.

Thanks Mike, I'll def give it a shot...I'm more of a networking guy but there are some really smart guys on here that should be able to augment anything I have to say...

Hey Schnee, Can you send me one of the links you're trying to get to, let me run it and see what kind of problems if any i have with it...Also could you include whether you're using Windows XP, Vista..etc and IE or Firefox...we'll get it figured out eventually.
