Just wondering what you guys use.  And if your happy with what you have or not.  Have you ever switched?

I have used all of the above plus some not listed.  So far the best browser I have found is Firefox.  For Windows, Mac, and Linux.  IMO it is the best thing you can do for fastest speed, security, and user friendliness.

In the end, it's not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away.

IE, used firefox, and a few others but still come back to the standard.

I'll use either/or. I use the Vista-aero theme for FF, so I sometimes forget which browser I'm using. I like the FF add-ons though.

Bassinkorea

I just use IE. I am not computer savvy enough to try and change to something else  ~b~

FireFox 90% of the time. I have to use IE at work for a couple of work related apps.

I mostly use Opera. Sometimes I use Chrome or FireFox if Opera is not compatable. I never use IE.

I stick with the old staple IE.  Despite all the flaws it seems to have,  hasn't steered me wrong nor gotten me anything I didn't ask for.    I tried firefox for surfing but the biggest pain to me was always needing an app to add on.  I tried the Chrome as well and didn't really care for it.    IE has taken ideas from all of them and slowly implemented them into the browser and I think is slowly getting better.   So for me its IE.

Not trying to steer you guys away from what you use or anything but as a webdesigner, FireFox is far superior to IE. You can do some research on IE and other browers. There are brower tests out there that say what the standard should be.  So far there are 2 modern benchmark test. ACID 2 and ACID 3.  As you guess, IE scores the lowest of all of the browers. What this means?  IE in many cases doesn't display websites as how they were created.  Firefox, Chrome, and Safari all score the highest.  Now IE 8 is leaps and bounds better than any privious IE version, so at the very least upgrade that brower if still using IE7.  You dont have to be computer savy to use Firefox, in fact its easier to use than IE.
Just some food for thought.

I like Firefox better than IE, and my computer does also!  ~shade

Ditto I use FF 90% of the time I have so many add-ons that I use with it that it cuts my productivity drastically to use anything else.   It still has its issues like the ever present memory leaks.

Like most used IE in the beginning because that is what Windows forced you to use.. I tried Avant for awhile then tried Firefox and found it far superior than any browser I ever used.  I don't think I will ever use anything else.  Have to use IE at work and hate it!

first thing I do whenever I install/reinstall windows is install firefox. And depending on who the computer is for, I'll hide any traces of IE :)

On a mac, I love Camino... mozilla engine (same as firefox) built in Cocoa (same development framework that OS X is written on). It runs nicer and feels and works with OSX much better than firefox does.

I like a nice streamline browser, not one that does everything for you and then some. Address bar, navigation, search box, and tab browsing is all I need :)

Firefox rocks.. tried them all .. some sites require IE .. is the only reason I keep IE around .. Chrome is fast .. but has a long way to go
All of them are better than what I first started with on the net .. it took an act of congress to get email etc to get set up back in the early 90s
