Meeting w/Boy Scout Troop 528

On the evening of Monday, April 19th, the members of Miracle Strip Bass Club and Miracle Strip Bassmasters met with the members of Boy Scout Troop 528 in Mary Esther, FL.  Two club members brought boats to this meeting, with the goal of increasing knowledge of boating safety, knot tying as it relates to fishing, bass fishing techniques (crankbaits, spinnerbaits, soft plastics, etc), and fishing etiquette.   A dozen or so boy scouts attended the event along with their scout leaders and all had a great time and learned much.  A total of two hours were spent on location speaking with these young men and we wrapped things up well after dark.   A picture from the event is below.
