How to get custom molds

i got a few ideas to make my own soft plastics but dont know how or where to get this creation a have thought of...does anyone know where to get this done?

Just google del-mart or bears baits.  You can also make your own molds from a master, that you've pieced together or carved yourself.  from plaster-of-paris, watter putty, or fiberglass resin.
