Replacing...

I need to replace the ignition panel at my console of my '97 Javelin 400TE.  It is made of plastic and broke on me a few weeks ago and then got worse.  I am thinking about replacing it with a modern ignition panel like the ones where you put the key in, but then press start/stop buttons to turn the engine on and off.  I would also like to just go ahead and replace all of the console switches when I do this...like this:

But, how much would that cost? 

I also want to replace the hatch openers from the old wire twist and pull to the newer handle type like these:

And I want to replace the bow rod holders with retractable ones.

Any advice or price estimations on these will be greatly appreciated.  I will try to take/post some pictures to show you what I'm working with.  Thanks
