I think it's you!   ;)

I too like double willowleaf spinnerbaits, but since I use Secret Weapon spinnerbaits, it's easy for me to find exactly what I'm looking for.  All I have to do is clip on the blades I want.

The spinner baits that are impossible to find are single spin with big Colorado blades. That big thump they put out really works for me and I have to have them custom made.

My all-time favorite spinnerbait was the Brother's Limberneck.  It used a thin cable for the blade arm and would bounce off obstacles easily.  I caught a lot of bass on those but, can't find them anymore.
I still see double nickel blades on baits here locally.

If you're having problems finding stuff you like you could always go custom.  There are several companies that make spinnerbaits to customer specs.  I use some from Swag Jigs.  They are 5.50 a peice. so roughly the same as strike kings and cheaper than your war eagles and better IMO and they are custom.
This is the st. clair shad color.

That St Clair color would probably work pretty good in Lake Erie for smally's. I found a couple places but 14.99 just not happenin' with me. Especially when we throw them in some trash. The guide tells me if I'm not gettin hung up once in a while I'm not throwin close enough to the trash aka Old docks, wood steel and whatever else leerks under the water. Thanks for the sites guyz.

The owner fishes lake michigan primarily and I'm sure made that color specifically for great lakes smallies.  I would never pay 14.99 for a spinnerbait!  lol, the swags are 5.50 for silver and 6.50 for gold blades.  Just shoot Chris an email at teamswagjigs@yahoo.com with what you want.  You can view some of his work on his facebook page.

X2 on the SWAG spinnerbaits. They are awesome and he can make whatever your looking for.

But why pay $5.50 - $6.50 to have the owner make you ONE spinnerbait when you can simply buy a Secret Weapon for a little more, and be able to change the blades on the fly???

That way you get exactly what you want for the conditions you're fishing at the time!  And you can change the blades in less than 10 seconds without tools or tearing up your fingernails...

Thank you very much, Robert!   I went to their site and that is as close to the spinnerbait I liked as you can get.

Thanks again... ~c~
