I saw a picture of a small boat that the Japanese are using and would like to know if there is anything available here in the USA. I am aware of several small boats, but most do not have a casting platform, or live well. I have access to a lot of private small Lakes (4 to 28 acres) some with water to 38 feet in depth. The small boats seem stable and are large enough to accomodate a small 5 to 10 horse power moter plus a good trolling motor. Any one have a suggestion where to look ?

If all you are fishing is super small waters just get a fishing Kayak.  Much cheaper, no maintenance or fuel or batteries to worry about, easier to put in and out of the water, I could go on and on.  You can get ones that are stable enough to stand in if its something you need.  You think catching a 4-lbr is fun while standing in a boat, wait 'til you get towed around the lake in a kayak!
